We have taken many precautions to protect your confidential information when shopping using the ITO Lock Website. GDPR Compliance

Only you or a person you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request regarding your personal information. If you wish to authorize someone else to act on your behalf, please note that İTO Kilit may require that you provide signed written consent to the authorized agent to make the request, verify your identity, and confirm your consent directly with us. the agent has a power of attorney. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. 

Our verification process works as follows: 

Password protected accounts– if you have a password protected account with us, we will use password authentication to verify you. 

Accounts that are not password protected– Before we process a request, we will ask you to confirm certain information we have on file about you to protect your privacy, such as: 

• Your email address 

• Your billing postcode 

If you make an online request to delete your personal information, we may need to confirm your request before deleting your information. 

You may submit a verifiable consumer request at no charge up to two times within a 12-month period. If we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and verify that the personal information relates to you, unfortunately we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information. Submitting a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request only to verify the requester's identity or authority to make the request. 

We attempt to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, we will notify you of the reason and an extension period (up to 90 days). If you have an account with us, we will send our response to the email associated with that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will send our response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will cover only the 12-month period prior to the notice being received.
